At IA, we see the value in fostering our employees’ growth, regardless of their technical expertise. Through Innovative Architects’ University, or IAU, all of our teammates head back to class to focus on non-technical skills that enable career development and success both in and out of the office.
IAU offers a three-tier program in which employees delve into different facets of consulting, advising and management. The first two tiers are geared towards all employees and focus on what it means to achieve excellence as a consultant and an employee.
The final tier is designed to develop leadership and innovation skills in employees who have worked with IA for several years. Regardless of background or technical focus, all our employees benefit from continuous education.
